Where did we finish? Ah yes. Enjoy.
Remember now, sonnets are meant to be spoken.

This is our continuing project: The search for happiness, destiny and how to rescue souls. "A look at life". Enjoy.
Some of the following content will have a deeper context after reading Contemplate the Universe, Beyond the veil, The Touch, Destiny calls and Afterglow.
Our reminder again, just like someone looking at the last few pages of a book, we may catch the flame, but have missed the fireworks in between. So make sure to take a look at some of the previous content of this website, if you've jumped straight to this page. We've covered a bit of ground.
Henri
Check the content at the bottom of page 33, for more context on the above.
I'll make some extended comments on that sonnet, since it's at the start of this page. We've been looking at Stephen Hawking's and Richard Dawkins' views on how to go from nothing, to cell technology, and the grand diversity we see in life. Short version, we think Hawking assumes Dawkins has DNA, and life covered, and Dawkins assumes Hawking has the periodic table, and the Universe covered.
With the above poem, zip soup is our expression for 'Nothing'. We've stolen the term, 'zip soup' from the children's story called, 'nail broth', where a sumptuous meal was prepared with just a nail. Those other ingredients don't count. So the evolutionists go from Nothing, to gas, to rocks, then life, and, from the above, last line, there is a lot of 'hope' involved.
From our previous comments, we claim the periodic table, because it's part of the Universe, and we claim the DNA codes, because they are part of the technology in cells. Check page 13 for context. A bit presumptuous, I know, but they start with Nothing to produce an entire Universe, and then, all that physical diversity to produce life's diversity. We are not giving up our fiddle factors and programming.
And then, we've written about this a few times, if they don't start with nothing, they start with the something in the Universe as an impetus for the Universe. So we have Hawking's book where he writes that the law of gravity and nothing produced the Universe.
I tried to weave, non-mass, non-time and non-space into the above. Am I writing about,,, "Nothing"? I hope not. 'Non-corporeal' seems to be okay for the movies, but not for reality, they'll say.
This little sequence of thoughts that we are in at the moment, has been jumped through before. A reminder to newbies, the evolutionists always start, that's always, with one parameter, be that Nothing, gravity, quantum space, empty space, etc. And, from our perspective, their "Nothing" is always "something", and there are no exceptions to that.
But, as we have been thinking, and writing, the Universe has Libraries full of books on the parameters in the Universe. So we can probably predict what the next thought bubble will be. A reminder of just this, and we've touched on this many times in the past; how do you go from one parameter to multiple parameters, like with, from "Zip soup" to the periodic table.
I've been in the origins debate for years, and it would be an extremely difficult task to find evolution articles where that topic is discussed. It is always assumed that the step has taken place, and we think that it's a step of infinite proportions. We regularly liken the step, to going from the initial state of some elements on Earth, to DNA. An incredible assumption to take. And evolutionists regularly take both steps.
Religious centrepiece? We'll make some comments on that for those rebels who have jumped straight to this page, and haven't heeded our warnings on checking some previous content. For us, if anybody doubts that the origins debate is not about science, then check out our major book shops for a reality check. I just hovered over the science section of one last week end.
We agree with the major opinion, expressed by Cornelius Hunter, on his website, Darwin's God, that evolutionists love to make religious pronouncements and then immediately deny them. For us, Richard Dawkins has the best, recorded, religious rant we know. And then, what's our line, cherry on top, the book stores go along with it by putting, "The God Delusion" and "God is not great" in their science sections. Catch that? That's right, the science sections. A fantastic confirmation of what we have just written.
I have tried to weave some of their dark opinions into the above. Topics, related to this, touched on regularly, are, "Describing the Universe is not explaining it", and "giving a history lesson is not explaining anything either". Books on evolution are full of those two, and from our perspective, they are implying, 'look what I know', and yes, touched on above, on this page, and the previous page, 'humans are moving from ignorance to light', and they are the gurus, showing us the way.
One of the direct consequences of 'describing' and 'history lessons', is that, for an evolution skeptic, we have to wade through that, again, and often, again, to obtain the correct picture of where the writer is going, and their main premises and assumptions. Sometimes, not always, that is a dead boring task.
I am half way through my first philosophy book. I'll give some more comments later. The Japanese lady, Hidé Ishiguro, who wrote the book is a fountain of big words. Fantastic. She quotes a Leibniz line on ultra-connectedness. Great for us. I'll give the quote later.
I'll make some comments about the Leibniz book now, because I just used some of the contents expressed. Up on a previous poem I wrote, I mentioned, light, sound, bread, and electrolyte. I was thinking of the Lord's "I am"s. I am the light of the world, etc. Hidé Ishiguro, mentions that Leibniz uses thirst, colours, etc, to give examples to make a point. I just went through a chapter on connectedness of all things, according to Leibniz. That got the neurons firing.
So I didn't know if the book was tracking me, or me tracking the book. Anyway, I acknowledge Hidé Ishiguro's book as an interesting read. The book is testament to an incredible lady. About 95% of it is over my head. And she has a chapter on connectedness. Fantastic for me because one of the foundational concepts of Plus X Museum is connectedness, check one of the pics at the top of this page.
So it doesn't take much prompting for me to become excited about that topic. Will I be re-reading it for some further insights? Not in the near future. Spelling mistake above? Where?
I haven't quoted anything because it's too technical, but I'll give the Leibniz quote that the lady uses. When reading this, remember the party game 'Chinese whispers.' As stated before, a non-technical Dutch Aussie, quoting a highly technical Japanese lady, writing in English, quoting a German philosopher, who I think was writing in Latin. So I'm hoping I won't be quoted on anything.
Leibniz: "There is no term which is so absolute or detached that it does not involve relations, and is not such that a complete analysis of it would lead to other things and indeed to all other things."
A great quote for a website like this one. You might note that a few commas would make that read easier. That's the trend throughout the book. You have to put your own commas in, and, if the content isn't complicated enough, the minimal use of commas makes it more so. With my poems, I use a lot of commas. Sometimes to assist the flow, sometimes for effect, sometimes because I'm thinking of a person reading out aloud for another person, and sometimes I'm cheating, for the line length. Henri.
Btv: "Beyond the veil". Our second online book.
Rock soup? As in, hydrothermal vents.
This sequence of reformatted "Beyond the Veil" (BTV) bubbles, is not representative of the main content. BTV is our walk through the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, from an insider perspective. The walk is by someone who holds the Bible in high regard, and takes the person reading it, from a negative outlook of the Bible, to a positive outlook. But I'm not wearing rose coloured glasses though.
Our walk highlights a complicated deity who is intimately involved with all the drama on this planet. We see that the concept of family comes from before this planet existed. And yes, all the concepts that go with family. We check out some of the ups and downs that go with personal liberty. And we see a deity who is nothing like what our modern culture presents.
Last week end, we watched a movie about gods, demi-gods, superpowers, etc. like a Harry Potter movie. One of the lines from the movie mentioned that the gods are all selfish and self-obsessed. The God of the Bible is the exact opposite, where self-sacrifice, family bonds and love are regular themes, and those themes are beyond those qualities at our human level.
When I was hovering over BTV, quite a lot of the bubbles are linked together, which meant I really didn't want to touch them. We look at the start of the Universe, the fall, the fight for family, present day, and an eventual conquering warrior, who draws all of history to a close. A reminder, our e-books are priced at the cost of an iced coffee. 'The Touch' is on the Universe, and 'Destiny calls' is on biology. Henri.
On this topic, if you want to get even more technical, search on "Muller cells function". I did just now, obviously looking for something I recognized and clicked on about the tenth one down, "Nature communications". I don't know who they are. But here's part of a quote from their abstract:
"Here we show that Muller cells are wavelength-dependent wave-guides, concentrating the green-red part of the visible spectrum onto cones and allowing the blue-purple part to leak onto nearby rods."
We've mentioned that bit of hi-tech before, so, remember that information when someone carries on about our badly engineered eyes. Humans have no technological equivalent. Dynamic, light-dependant optical fibre technology? In our eyes? Incredible for evolution skeptics. You'd make a fortune if you were able to produce something similar.
Divide by zero? That's what is used to prove one plus one equals three, and from our perspective, that's a gag on how the evolutionists produce an entire Universe out of a non-existent, magic hat. That's right, no hat, no hands, just nothing, doing nothing, nowhere.
The basis for that series of nine bubbles on eyes was set out before we started "Contemplate the Universe". We had a diagram, with all of the steps. There's more that nine steps when we start talking about vision, but just making a few comments gives the correct view that the topic is bottomless, and extremely technical.
We'll mention a few of the related topics: Muscles: as in, actuators. Tears: the cleansing system, and linked to our emotions. Skeleton: the protective frame. The blood supply: nutrient and cooling system, etc. All major topics, and none to those systems are simple. I hope it will be noticed that all our bubbles assume there is a Universe, out there. Catch that? Not in our head. It's not easy to condense that topic. Another day, maybe.
I think we have written more poems about eyes than probably any other topic. What do we say? "They introduce the Universe to us." I hope some of the excitement in putting that together came out in the content. Henri.
Demons? Almost always when we use the expression, "demons", we mean internal demons, and our struggle, when some information conflicts with our world view. This little sequence looks at the struggle of how to deal with an awesome veiled Creator, and the mounting evidence for technology in biology, and the situation where the word, "creationist" is a swear word. No panicking, our Saviour's name is a swear word.
But we suggest that an open, searching person has to put that to the side, and focus on the evidence at hand. We affirm that our super-power is that we are, "created in God's image", and that Creator can communicate with us (Touched on, a few pages back). Internal demons and others will always come out of the woodwork when those topics come up.
Remember, the origins debate is always, that's always, about an interfering God who will always hold us back. What's our line on that? Some demons never change.
In "Contemplate the Universe" we allocated a chapter on the media. They may be worse now, a few years on from that. Our main lines were about what makes good TV. It's fairly obvious: Drama and calamity, and yes, God has lost control, or even better, he's not there. But he has to be there, because he's lost it. Get the picture. We think they have some KPIs to reach, so they will regularly use some versions of horrific, traumatic, disastrous, etc. Sport and cooking shows for levity.
Kick the Universe? As in, it's not in the mind, so not an illusion. We borrow that expression from someone who used that in the past. We don't know who, but it's an awesome response to someone who is whispering that all design is an illusion, or in Stephen Hawking's case, apparent design.
I just had a diversion from origins. I just finished Lee Child's latest Jack Reacher. Everything was put on hold. Still going with the philosophy book. Henri.

Research projects: We have covered a lot of ground on this website, and occasionally think we should revisit some of the topics. We'll just go with two. We found that there are chemical and structural detectors to manage bone density. So a field of research could be, work out where the structural detectors are, and maybe trick them, or recalibrate them for astronauts, while they are in flight, and losing bone density.
Another one. After the technology base is sorted for life, someone could work out how the addressing would work for cells and body systems. No idea where to start, but that's the excitement in science. To ask, "How is that working?"
If you would like to get a feel for what a ribosome does with machine codes, do an image search on, "CNC machines". I've only worked on one in my career, at a printed circuit board company. A new program would be entered by the operator, for each type of circuit board to be drilled. That's all the machine did. An image search shows there's a fantastic range out there now. That gives a peek into what a machine code is used for.
But for life the ribosome is much more versatile than a CNC machine, because we know it knits the parts together. Check page 13 for a longer description. Like an industrial sewing machine. But the role of the machine codes is similar. Firmware is code that is wired directly into the hardware of a device.
Heart, then head? Based on what we see out there, and what we've written, our world views come from the heart. The evolutionists won't think so. As we've written, they think their views are based on logical thinking and scientific fact. We disagree. So we say from the heart, then to the head. That's what the origins debate is about.
On the topic of, "God is good", I read an article once, where they went through that. They wrote, on whether God is good or evil, you have to account for the good in life if God is evil. So God is good, because there is good in the world. That's the short version. I think I'll start a new page.
