The Future: No Panicking.

This is our continuing project: The search for happiness, destiny and how to rescue souls. "CTU III: The Touch". Enjoy.

Some of the following content will have a deeper context after reading Contemplate the Universe and Beyond the veil.

For standard, conservative Christianity, we now know what 'His law in our minds' and 'writing on our hearts' means.

It means the guidance of the Holy Spirit (Our words: The Touch) for believers in the Son's sacrificial death for them, for new life and release from the curse.

The Son asks the Father to send the Spirit, who in turn, testifies to believers of the Son.

Just watched a bit of Brian Cox on SBS.

If someone were to ask, are there some summary chapters in the Bible on the Christian message, we could point to some, and 1 Peter Ch 1 would be somewhere near the top of the list. It touches on all the topics covered on this website. Sort of, a Christian, deep immersion session. Take a look.

Who's message is it, (v1). The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, (v2). Future hope, (v3). Future destiny, (v4). The power of God, (v5). Happiness in adversity, (v6). Personal development, (v7). Believing, (v8).

Rescued souls, (v9). God's promises, (v10). Prophecies from the Holy Spirit, (v11). Preparing the way for us, (v12). God's armour, (v13). Family and growth, (v14). God's qualities, (v15). His expectations, (v16).

The Father's call, (v17). The precious price, (v18). The Lamb of God, (v19). Origins, (v20). The resurrection, (v21). The gifts of the Holy Spirit, (v22). Being born again, (v23). The importance of time, (v24). The qualities of eternity, (v25). In the twenty-first century, there are a lot of positives.

Then Moses said to God, ",,, what shall I say to them?" (Exodus 3:13)

And God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And He said, "Thus you will say to the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.' "

Thinking of Jonah 3:4

For a tutorial on assurances, check the thought bubbles on the Beatitudes, starting on page 3 of this website.

Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM." (John 8:58)

When these words were spoken, our Lord was speaking to the religious establishment, the ruling class, sort of like our University professors. Was there any doubt in their minds in what he was saying. The last verse (v 59) indicates zero doubt.

Whether he spoke in Aramaic, Hebrew, or with a bit of Greek, Roman or Callithumpian mixed in, his words were crystal clear.

Besides the Lord introducing his Father and condemning their philosophy, he was telling them, using their own language, who he was. "I am not of this world", v23, and existed before this world. Yes, they wanted to stone him, to kill him, and eventually had their way when the Lord was crucified. What was he crucified for? John 19:7 gives the answer.

I watched some Cosmos last night.
